Over the course of two days, the forum participants had the opportunity to attend panel discussions, seminars, workshops and presentations of the latest technologies and services for the effective management of apartment buildings. The key topics included energy efficiency, relationships with utility providers, implementation of co-financing programs, legal aspects of condominiums and housing cooperatives, international experience of colleagues from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Turkey, the United States, etc.
"Holding this kind of forum, even during the war, is not a whim, but a necessity!" comments Mykola Butko, Director of Altvater Kyiv LLC, "I am convinced that it has become an important step towards improving communication and resolving issues between the authorities, building managers and contractors, and all participants have become more aware of the proper waste management."
